Resort and amenities were great however the service by staff was extremely slow and attention to detail / customer service was lacking compared to restaurants we went to off site.
We were here 10 years ago and service was quite different during this stay.

So my stay its been awful, First the problem with the AC did they work in the whole hotel, the room felt humid and the floor slippery, Second my room didn’t have shower curtain when i arrived, i call front desk to report it multiple times and house keeping did not show up until like 3 hours later ...
