"Cute clean little hotel with great staff. Rooms were unfortunately way too warm with no fans or AC. Evenings are cool enough to open the window but still too hot"

"Photographs and descriptions are Misrepresented and misleading, they advertised a room with a queen size bed but it was more like twin very small, the bathroom and specifically the shower was tiny. The room overall was very small and dirty, there was stains on the pillows and old soap bars on the shower floor. The staff was rude and the breakfast mediocre. For the rate they charge there are better options. Don't recommend it "

"Amazing place to stay. The staff is really accommodating and friendly. They will try to go out of their way to help you. Stayed in the Jr. Suite, which was spacious and cleaned daily by the staff. There’s two restaurants on site, which offer great food. The included breakfast has many options "

"Una mala experiencia con la reserva en este hotel, primero que nada en el momento del check in me hicieron un cobro adicional por reservar con expedía a pesar de que la reserva estaba pagada en su totalidad previamente, me cobraron por el estacionamiento también aparte y el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras del hotel y no incluido como dice en la descripción, tuve que dejar el vehículo y regresar caminando al hotel. Me comuniqué por Mail con el hotel para cancelar los días restantes y evaluar la posibilidad de cambiar de hotel porque la habitación nada que ver con la descripción además de cobros adicionales por todo y la propiedad no me respondió nunca, no me contactaron, a pesar de expresar la mala experiencia con el hospedaje me dijeron que podían cancelar la reservación pero que no existía reembolso a pesar de todo lo que estaba mal. Entonces me tuve que quedar aquí a pesar de la pésima estancia porque de lo contrario perdía todo el dinero de la reserva más todo lo que me cobraron adicional. Yo personalmente no volvería a reservar con este hotel y les dejo la reseña para que sepan todos los inconvenientes que hubo y como absolutamente nadie se interesó por el huésped, debí leer las reseñas más detalladamente antes de reservar porque el estacionamiento es el mayor inconveniente. "

"Great location near many tourist attractions, and the room was beautiful with nice décor and lighting. Very friendly staff aswell. The only downside was the laundry service. I was told in advance on Whatsapp and again at the front desk that it could be done, and even after I let the front-desk person know (twice) it never was done. It would have been helpful to know upfront, especially since there were nearby options. Overall, a good stay, just a lack of a follow through with certain services they "offer.""

"Excellent multi night solo stay in their classic room. The staff encounters were all very friendly, starting with arriving around midnight by bus and being able to buzz reception and get checked in, morning breakfasts and key drops throughout the day, then assistance with referring a tour operator for day trips. Decor is very clean and cozy and location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance of major downtown sites, museums, eateries, and only a $2 ride to/from the bus terminal terreste. Reliable WiFi, spacious shared lounge areas, all and all a very enjoyable stay and base to explore Cuenca."
