"Beautiful newer hotel with restaurants, bar, large rooms, staff was pleasant, helpful, and professional, large hot tub and kids pool. The property sits on a mountain, beautiful . There is a trolly that comes every 30 mins to take guests to town $2 fee, the drivers drop you off at your destination and know where you should eat, drink, socialize. As for gambling it’s gambling!"

"Great historic hotel. We booked the king deluxe room. Despite the age of the building, our room was updated and modern, including the bathroom. This room was spacious and had multiple windows. It was definitely worth upgrading from the basic room. The room also had a sink, microwave, small fridge and dishes in case you decide to eat it. The only thing the room was missing was a full length mirror. The location was within walking distance of the historic main street and multiple restaurants and shops. Troy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. It was a great hotel for the price."

"Best hotel in Deadwood- great location, amenities, staff and food. Clean and well appointed. Yummy breakfast that was very affordable with add-on vouchers. Bar and casino good for adults and pool for whole family. Free parking and quick walk to main drag of deadwood stores, bars, restaurants, historical sites."
