Beautiful Apartment 307 in a 100 year old building

2.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (2)
"Overall would probably stay here (or 1 of the sister apts in the building) again if in Klamath but this room has an awkward view of a wall (friend we we’re visiting called it very NewYork) and the tub was stained. Clean but stained. And, not this property’s fault, the previous renter must have smoked as it smelled like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room and contact said they would correct/extra clean before next renter.
