"We visit Pagosa Springs at least four to six times a year and always stay at a pet friendly VRBO close to the resort. This was our first time staying at this particular one and really enjoyed the upgrade to entire house vs the usual studios we typically stay in. We will definitely use again. Our only complaint, there is no AC. So we probably will not use Jun - Aug. Outside of that, outstanding."

"Rooms are small but clean, beds are surprisingly comfortable, and location is a close walk to the springs. The worse part about this motel is that it is still just a motel. The sound proofing is non existent, road noise can be heard and other guest conversations can be heard clearly. The motel provides you with earplugs but that’s not a great resolution to the problem. Second issue is they only installed one window with blackout curtains so sleep was limited by the light and noise. Would not recommend. "

"Amazing host, very responsive. The cabin was very clean and perfect for us and our dog. The location was so perfect in relation to the town. We will definitely look to book this one again! "

"Wonderful, clean property and stay. Exactly as described. We noticed two solar lights near the patio-they were not working. We arrived after dark, there were no streetlights, and it was snowy/icy. It was sooooo dark you couldn't even see the property from the road, we had to get out of the car and walk the block to see it. Super icy and scary, it would have been really nice to have the patio light left on to help us negotiate the icy, unfamiliar stairs, and would have made seeing the key box so much more navigable and safer."

"Excellent experience from the second we stepped inside! All the amenities and comfort one could ask for. So much more spacious than the pictures show and right in the heart of Pagosa Springs. A minutes walk from great food, entertainment and natural hot springs! A welcome gift was the cherry on top. Doesn't get any better than this! "
