"Great place to stay while visiting Seattle! Chandra at the front desk was absolutely amazing! We stayed one night here before boarding a cruise for our anniversary. While dropping our luggage off before our room was ready, we mentioned we were in town for our anniversary. When we got back and into our room they had decorated our room for us and left us a personalized card! Such a personal touch that really elevated the stay. The room was clean and we had a great view of the Space Needle. The hotel is easy walking distance to the highlights along with easy access to public transportation to help get around. They also have a shuttle service they can arrange for you to take guests to the port and airport for a small fee. We would already visit again for the clean rooms and location, but the amazing staff, especially Chandra, really made it special for us. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the city! "

"We’ve stayed at various Fairmont properties before and have always had great service, so unfortunately this location fell short for us. First, the hotel itself is beautiful, and we were very happy with the room as well as the gym and pool area. However, we were disappointed with the overall service experience. It took almost 45 minutes to check into the hotel, and the lineup extended from the front desk to the elevators. I’ve never waited that long to check into a hotel before. We also dined at the lounge several times. The food and atmosphere were good, but the evening service was disappointing. We were seated at a table that was dirty and sticky, and when we pointed it out to the server, he simply dropped off a cloth for us to clean it ourselves. We also had to call the front desk from our room twice, and both times we were on hold with an automated system for over 30 minutes, which was extremely frustrating. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where guests cannot directly reach the front desk and speak with someone. Paying guests do not want to speak to a robot and then wait 30+ minutes for assistance."

"I had an overall great experience during my stay at The Max Hotel. The rooms were consistently well-cleaned and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my visit, making the atmosphere feel very welcoming. Note for future guests: Please be aware that the rooms do not come equipped with microwaves. While you can request one, they have a very limited supply, and it is highly likely that one won't be available during your stay."

"The room was nice with a Nespresso machine and pods included. The bed was comfortable and they had blackout curtains."

"Property is dated but very clean and staff was friendly. However, they now require an $80 PER NIGHT hold for incientals. For a weeks stay, that is significant. Upon returning home we discovered a $40 charge. I've tried calling several times to confirm what it was for but no one answers. We did not use or touch anything. Only thing we can deduce is it was to hold our bags for 2 hours while we went for lunch. (Only reason we chdcked out early was to help housekeeping as they were doing all the rooms around us). I will update this if it is ever resolved."
