"The pool wasn’t open at 9am didn’t open until 10:30 check out at 12 me & my family like a swim in the Am, But the pool was cloudy anyway the day before the breakfast was horrible. We got down there early this time cause it’s my second time staying here nothing to eat only bread, cold ham the worst breakfast I ever saw in my life. No Ice Machines worked we had to get the ice from the kitchen never again"

"Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my overall stay at the Crowne Plaza. I had ants in my room, the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast buffet was average. The oatmeal consisted of instant packets and the overall variety of the buffet was subpar. I had to advise one of the staff that the coffee creamer had curdled. A facelift will definitely help the hotel bring back its zest. I rate the hotel a 4 out of 10 for overall satisfaction. I will say that the customer service from the staff was a 10 out of 10."
