"I try to stay at every Moxy location in different cities that I travel to. This Moxy was very beautiful and clean! I am not a fan of the daily wifi charge. That was unexpected - I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel (especially as pricey as Moxy) and had to pay for Wifi. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff were very friendly. "

Hampton Inn Charlotte-Uptown
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was really great. Super helpful and friendly. "
"My recent stay at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I had stepped into a completely different world — one that was fresh, clean, and peaceful. What was supposed to be just a night away quickly became a one-day retreat, and it felt like exactly what my body, mind, and spirit needed.
The hotel itself is stunning, with its artistic design, elegant atmosphere, and inviting spaces that encourage both relaxation and inspiration. My room overlooked the city skyline, and simply gazing out at the view brought me a sense of peace and renewal. The environment felt uplifting, and for the first time in a while, I could feel my health and energy beginning to restore.
Dining at the Grand Bohemian was another highlight. The salad was crisp and fresh, the lamb entrée was tender and full of flavor, and the key lime tart was the perfect sweet ending. Every detail — from the presentation to the taste — felt intentional and crafted to offer not just a meal, but an experience.
The balance between the quiet, restorative atmosphere of the hotel and the vibrant energy of Uptown Charlotte outside made this stay feel complete. It wasn’t just a getaway — it was a fresh start, a clean palette, and a blessing at exactly the right time."
"Just stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and very inviting the area was pretty OK. I will say if you were looking for a great great meal definitely check out the diner across the street. They’re 24 hours the drinks at the bar and the breakfast in the morning was great when changed nothing however I will say parking is very difficult throughout the whole entire area, so go ahead on and put that in your budget to park at the location, over all, I will stay there again."
"The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was tasty! The room was good. We traveled with our almost 7 year old and the only bummer she noted was that there wasn't a pool. :) "
