"Was really disappointed the pool wasn’t cleaned. I booked this hotel bc of the indoor pool for my son spring break. I drove 2 hours. They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed. In the bathroom the base board was coming off and the sink was slowly draining. I asked front desk if I can have my room cleaned and fresh sheets he said it might be tomorrow. We were leaving for an outing. I had to demand that I needed my room cleaned. I will never stay here again and will be contacting the manager. "

"The hotel was nice but older. Lota of things have been updated but also lots has been kinda patched together. This didnt bother me much. However the mattress was not great at all. I could feel everything. I feel like a topper or even a featherbed was a no brainer here. I didnt sleep well at all. Also the toilets flush ao powerfully you can hear when your neighbors flush. Also the doors to the rooms slam if you're not intentionally softly closing them. Which most dont. I hearf toilets and slammed doors all night. Because of that alone i wont stay here again. Stagf was friendly and nice. Parking was easy. "

"It was a terrible experience and I checked out within an hour of checking in. I killed 2 bugs flying around my room, found mold and spider webs behind the curtains but I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was a fluke thing. Then when I went to shower, I found a tick type bug on the floor and was done. I tried to check out and while the hotel staff was nice, Expedia was ultimately no help in getting me a refund."

"I waited approximately an hour and a half for assistance from the desk clerk, as the office was closed at the time. Due to the delay, I was charged for two nights and ultimately had to extend my stay unnecessarily. Upon entering the room, I discovered bed bugs on the bed, which made the accommodations unusable. As a result, I had to shower and sleep in my car for the night. Additionally, the morning staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I raised these concerns."
