Relaxing week in the sun

Had a lovely holiday in Nans les Pins. Sabine was a warm and helpful host despite our very late arrival (thanks BA)! It was great to spend a week eating outside, sunbathing and swimming in the pool- our girls had a great time.

The most tranquil place

This was a delight for the entire family. 5 nights was not enough. Lazy days by the pool in the most exquisite surroundings. Walks though the woods to the local village to buy fresh fruits and bread. Local sights were fun to explore. The hosts are stunning and super kind. We cannot recommend this place more highly!

lovely week in Provence

This cozy farmhouse was the perfect home-base for a week in Provence. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and had more than enough space for our family of three (plus two small dogs). Our private pool was great - refreshing and clean, and we made good use of the barbecue by the pool house for some great pool-side dinners. The charming village of Nan les Pins is a short drive (or nice walk) away from the house, and there are a ton of activities a short distance away. Thank you to Sabine and her family for sharing their property with us!

Tiny charming house on privat large property

The house is old and simply furnished but has been partially renovated and we did not miss anything. Sabine and her children also have houses on the grounds but because of the huge estate you hardly notice it. There is enough space to play ball or something similar. The pool for our own use was great for our children and we were also allowed to help ourselves to the herbs in the herb garden. WLAN is only available in the house, perhaps important to know if someone is planning to work outside. The barbecue is at the top of the pool, which is sometimes a bit impractical for cooking. Lovely Provence farmhouse

Lovely Provence farmhouse—cozy and tucked in woods with private pool. A wonderful, quiet family vacation. Highly recommend for any family or couple looking for a tranquil break. The house is small but large enough for a family of four. The nearby village of Nans-les-Pins has groceries, butcher, pastries, and a few small cafes. Owners are next door for questions and were absolutely lovely as could be.

The perfect French countryside getaway

We researched locations in Provence to escape our busy life in the US and provide our two young children with a unique experience. Nans les Pins was the perfect place! And this was an ideal property. Peaceful and simple, yet lacking no modern need (like a washing machine, dishwasher, gorgeous private pool, and extremely comfortable accommodations). The family living on the estate was warm, helpful, and very respectful of our privacy. We hiked, swam, travelled, ate delicious local food, and had a wonderful time. Centrally located to travel throughout the region — Goult, Marseilles, Aix… all wonderful day trips. Thank you, Sabine and family, for being so kind to us. A vacation to remember!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen, gut erhaltenen Haus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war stets unkompliziert und freundlich, und wir fühlten uns willkommen und gut betreut.Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Lage am Stadtrand war ruhig und gut erreichbar. Das Grundstück war groß, gepflegt und sehr ruhig, was für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgte.Wir haben die Umgebung tagsüber erkundet und die Abende in Ruhe auf der kleinen Terrasse vor dem Haus verbracht. Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr charmanten älterem Haus.Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, mehr kann man sich für einen schönen Urlaub nicht wünschen.Ausstattung ist komplett, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen am Stadtrand, ist von einem sehr großen, sauberen und ruhigem Anwesen umgeben.Wir waren tagsüber in der wunderschönen Umgebung unterwegs und haben die Abende in Ruhe vor dem Haus auf der kleinen Terrasse genossen.Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür.

Le domaine de Claude et Sabine est splendide : un immense parc arboré et joliment entretenu, une magnifique piscine (fraiche au mois d'avril mais nos intrépides enfants en ont tout de même profité), un joli poulailler, une oliveraie... Idyllischer und authentischer Urlaub in der Provence

Wir Nordlichter wurden doch sehr von der Hitze überrascht und waren sehr dankbar für den großartigen Pool 😉 Das Haus ist sehr urig und authentisch, aufgrund der Hitze waren wir aber meistens draußen! Das Dorf Nans-les Pins ist sehr klein, die Restaurants aber sehr gut, im Supermarkt erhält man alles! Man benötigt aber unbedingt ein Auto, da das Haus und Dorf doch sehr abgelegen liegen! Zur Entspannung und Entschleunigung aber genau richtig 😉Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Es war schön……aber!!!

Das Anwesen ist wirklich großzügig und besitzt den Charme und die Abgeschiedenheit, die man sich erhofft hat. Unsere Hündin kam voll auf ihre Kosten und durfte sich frei bewegen. Leider ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte einiger dringenden Reparaturen. Der Bodenbelag am durchaus schönen Pool ist so alt, dass man sich beim Laufen schnell mal den einen oder anderen Holzsplitter einfängt. Die Bestuhlung im Poolhaus, vor und in der Wohnung ist extrem ungemütlich, so dass man sich abends nirgendwo wirklich gut zum Essen oder Spielen hinsetzen kann. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Wir hatten als 5 köpfige Familie durchaus schöne 2 Wochen, aber leider nicht ganz ungetrübt.

Provence herzlich!!!

Sabine und Ihr Mann waren immer sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend aber sehr hilfsbereit, obwohl man direkt neben den Vermietern wohnt ist man völlig frei und ,,ungestört‘‘. Das Grundstück ist wunderbar, weitläufig und sowohl für Kinder als auch Hunde😉 sehr geeignet. Wir alle haben bei den durchschnittlichen 30 bis 35 Grad den eigenen, sehr großzügig gestalteten Pool sehr genossen! Es sind mehrere Hunde auf dem Gelände trotzdem konnten wir unseren Labrador bald frei rumlaufen lassen, Sabine hat sich daran nie gestört, uns eher ermutigt. Nans-les-Pins ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Provence zu entdecken, etwas Fahrzeit mit eingerechnet. Direkt in der Nähe ist eine berühmte Wallfahrtsgrotte, die man mit einer wunderbaren Wanderung auf das Massiv vereinbaren kann, nicht verpassen! Für Radfahrer ohne Angst vor Höhenmeter ebenfalls viele wunderbare Strecken direkt in der Nähe! Kurzum, wir bedanken uns für wunderbare 3 Wochen bei Ihnen und können allen hier diesen wunderbaren Urlaubsort nur sehr ans Herz legen! Vielen Dank Sabine!
