No A/C. However, our nights are cool even during the warmest days. All sleeping areas are equipped with ceiling fans and cool down quickly with open windows, the setting sun, and our fresh mountain breeze. A/C is not the norm and seldom needed as Estes Park is a mild mountain climate and during the summer we are generally 10-20 degrees cooler than the nearby lower elevation towns of Colorado. Typically night temps are in the 50s (or 40s) in the summer months.
Maximum guests = 4 guests + 2 dogs. *All reservations need to reflect the accurate amount of guests arriving including pets - if you click in the "travelers" or "guests" box you can update...pet fee will be included when reflected in the guest count.*

We had a wonderful stay! Kari was so helpful with suggestions - especially of dog friendly places to go. We loved having our own private trail to hike with the pup.
Great cabin, had everything we needed and was in the perfect location that was close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. Hosts were always there to communicate with if you had any questions. The private hike was cool and the lookout point is a must!
Private hiking trail a very nice asset. I caught some brown trout in the river just across the street. The cabin was clean and dog-friendly. Comfortable furniture. Well-stocked kitchen. Good location.
We had a wonderful stay at this cute Colorado cabin! The cabin was cozy and clean, making it the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. One of the highlights was having hiking trails right on the property—being able to step outside and immediately explore nature was amazing. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again!
The hosts are very welcoming. They checked on us to make ssure we had everything we needed, and we absolutely did. The kitchen, all the linens, dog supplies, bathroom, bed, and living room are amazing.
Cozy little pet & family-friendly cabin with amazing hosts! The private trail was perfect for a morning hike to get the day started and watch the sunrise. The hosts had plenty of recommendations tailored to our family and provided lots of little touches (like games and snacks!) to make it feel like a home away from home. Comfy furniture with plenty of amenities. Great location - close enough to Estes Park and RMNP to be convenient, but tucked away in the canyon for a peaceful escape. Would highly recommend!
This was the perfect family getaway to celebrate our daughters birthday and we loved that we could bring our 2 corgis to explore Colorado with us! The hosts were friendly, communicative, and added the cutest touches to our stay! A birthday banner for our girl and a bottle of wine for us! The trail behind the cabin was the perfect start to our days and the coziness of the cabin was the perfect ending! Colorado and this quiet little cabin stole our Wisconsin hearts!
A very sweet cabin with its own hiking trail that was lovely. Chairs along the way to stop and rest or just look at the beautiful views. The cabin was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and rest while being snowed in a bit after an unusual snow storm. The host was as attentive as anywhere we’ve stayed. A pleasure! A little bit of road noise but negligible. Good bed. Very clean.
The Canyon Cabin was the perfect spot for us to enjoy all of RMNP and Estes Park. The cabin had everything we needed plus a secluded location with a relaxing porch. The built in trail was a bonus. Would recommend to anyone looking to escape the crowds.
This was our first time to RMNP. The cabin was perfect for our stay & Kari was awesome responding to questions we had :) The bottle of wine was an added bonus! I HIGHLY recommend staying here. FYI : we were a little nervous arriving as we have an F-350 & didn’t ask about driveway & parking. There was plenty of room
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this super cute cabin. Kari was a dream to deal with. She was very responsive when I had a question about something, even trying to help me find a souvenir I wanted. We go to Estes every year and will not hesitate to book another stay at this property!
