It was quiet, claiming place by the river. Easy walk to shops and hike up the mountain.Food was fresh and plenty of choice. Interesting books in the rooms. Would come again. Free tea during day at reception which I discovered and check out late on Sunday. Thank you

Modern, central, great breakfast
Located on the Drammen River in a modern area. Approximately 10 minute walk to train station. The Ypsilon Bridge takes to to the Bragenes area within 8 minutes. The Drammen Bath (swimming pool, aquatic park) is also nearby. The breakfast at Comfort Hotel was wonderful. We loved Zemi, an Asian Restaurant.

Nice and easy hotel to stay in if you travel by foot, bike or public transport. Not so much if you travel by car as no parking in hotel and nearby areas have extortionate parking rates. Hotel staff were not very knowledgeable about parking when we arrived. In addition they had trouble in locating our booking even though we had called ahead about our late arrival. Not what you want to contend with at 6 in the morning after more than 30 hours on the road. The hotel itself was fine and basic. Breakfast a bit lacking in taste. The room itself was adequate, with the exception of the leaking shower head.

Convenient location
Very convenient location walking distance to town centre - we didn't like the fact that rooms are not serviced daily (they do it once a week!). This is apparently due to Covid but seems unnecessary since Norway now has no Covid restrictions.

Easygoing, professional staff. Okay bar. Modern hotel with all the basics, close to the city centre. A bit weak lighting in the room and the breakfast was bland and lacking several key items.

A clean hotel, friendly staff and good location. The breakfast wasn't great, very basic continental style and the coffee wasn't very good and just warm. The rooms are very basic with just one small pillow. Felt a bit like a hostel to be honest. The 2 cycles in reception were broken and unavailable to hire. The view from the window was over a construction site. Possibly more suited to the younger age group.

Great experience
I was in Drammen for a business meeting and stayed at Union Brygge. Lovely staff, very friendly and forthcoming and the whole place as well as the rooms: sqeaky clean. Electronic checkout was quick and easy and this should be the norm everywhere. Food was very good, varied and dinner, which they do not serve can be found in the vicinity where there are few very good places. Overall, sad I had to leave! A very good placein Drammen and they make you feel at home away from home!

I love how close the train and downtown area were, yet it was very quiet and peaceful in the hotel. It seemed to be set for a younger college crowd yet was very peaceful and people of all ages could really enjoy a nice stay here in a beautiful town.

Hotel was hard to find walking from the station as you have to use an underpass. We missed this as we arrived late at night. Very good breakfast included. Staff helpful and on Sunday we could keep our room until 6 without charge which was a great help as we had a late flight home.

Veldig enkelt rom. Ingenting utover helt standard. Dusjen var så dårlig rengjort at vi ba om nytt rom. Ikke særlig bedre. Velger nok noe annet neste gang. Lite sjarmerende.

Takk for tilbakemeldingen din, Trine. Comfort hotellene er budget kategorien og det er nettopp det man trenger som man vil finne på våre hotell, men med utvalgt service vi tilbyr. Knyttet til dusjen er det dessverre noe som vi har sett at har satt seg i dusjdørene. Vi jobber med å hente inn tilbud for å få byttet disse ut disse hos oss, da det ser ut til å være produksjonsfeil med disse dørene. Så etter mange rengjøringsforsøk ser det ikke ut til at dette har hjulpet.Vi håper at dere ønsker å komme tilbake til oss i fremtiden.

Greit hotell med god plassering til USN
Fikk rom med heisen, og det ble støy om morgenen når folk skulle dra med kofferter ol. Rommene er kalde om vinteren, og uansett hva jeg trykket på, så ble det ikke varmere. Frokosten er middelmådig. Det er lite påfyll hvis man kommer litt senere. Det er lite utvalg for de som ikke spiser svin. Det er unødvendig å legge bacon på speileggene. Hvis man legger bacon for seg, så kan alle ta selv som ønsker. Lite påleggs utvalg. Jeg syntes att kokte egg skal være varme. Ellers helt greit. God seng og ventilasjon på rommene.
