The small holiday apartment “Am Ufer Top 12” is just 50 m from the beach (Bodden), where the water slopes very gently into the sea, making it ideal for children. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about 1 km away. The balcony invites you to linger and relax. The “Am Ufer Top 12” holiday rental is a non-smoking unit. Some windows are equipped with insect screens. There is a private parking space right next to the property. Dogs are welcome (fee: 10.00 euros per dog per night). Shopping and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. There are excellent cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the island. Just 80 metres away is a pier for boat trips to Hiddensee, and about 250 metres away is the “Rügen-Piraten” water sports school, where you can also rent equipment for kayaking, SUP, sailing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. Horseback riding opportunities at the “Pferdezentrum Balance” (5 km away) and at the “Reiterhof-Schwarbe” (10 km away), which offers rides along the Bodden and pony rides for the little ones, round out the offerings.
