★DISHES - Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash. We will run the dishwasher once you’ve completed your stay
★SMOKING & DRGS- Smoking, vaping, and drugs are not allowed indoors and outdoor. Fine for smoking, vaping, or drugs is $1000 or actual damages, whichever is higher.
★NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED - We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our basement apartament. If you break the rules, we reserve the right to penalize.
★EXTRA GUEST - We designed our apartament environment for 8 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $30/person for extra overnight guests. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.
★NOISE OR DISTURBANCE - To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay, we ask that you be respectful of neighbors and other Airbnb guests on the property, not causing disturbances, noise or disturbance. Guests who cause a noise disturbance or other unreasonable disturbance to others may be fined and will be fined if police are called.
★We locked the door to the first room on the right in the first hallway, the door in front of the toilet, and the door next to the room with the two queen beds. All these doors have a warning sign. Not for guest use.

Easy process, more than enough room, very comfortable, great updated design, everything you can possibly need in the kitchen, great location with grocery store and restaurants nearby and fast/easy access to freeway.
The property was nicely decorated and clean. The location was perfect for my needs. My only complaint was the noise level. This is a basement apartment (which I knew going in) with woefully insufficient soundproofing between the basement and the first floor of the house. Every step, every child's cry, every conversation (not words, necessarily, but voices), every alarm, every toilet flush, and even the Alexa was heard.
The basement apartment was just as described. Loved how it had direct access from outside the home just next to the driveway and the check in process was super easy. Communication with property owner was instant and agreeable. Upon entering what we first look for is cleanliness and we were very impressed how clean everything was. Not only the floors but counters, sinks, bathrooms, seats, etc were all quite clean. It was all very well appointed with things you need like paper towels, tissues, soap, water bottles, and the little display of snacks were a hit with my kids. It had lots of personal touches as well that really made it feel very inviting. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 and could have easily accommodated 2-4 more people. We used 2 of the available 3 bedrooms. While we did not cook in the unit, it has a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and more. Its well located near nearby supermarket and restaurants and a short drive to Brighton which is where we spent a majority of our trip. We did have one request for the owner during our stay and i sent a message and within a minute they responded and accommodated our request. I really appreciate a property owner who seems to take pride in their space and not short change the experience. Overall this would 100% be the place we would look to stay at again for our annual trip to Brighton.
Property was perfect for our stay. Host was easy to reach and accommodating. Note that this is a basement rental so there is typical noise from occupants upstairs.
Clean, comfortable, lots of space. Great layout. It is located below the top level of a home with a family living there. You can hear kids running every now and then, it didn’t bother us. Host is super friendly and all very kind, easy to contact. Located in a great neighborhood with places to shop and eat close by. Kitchen is great to cook in.
The property was exactly as described. The unit was very clean and the location was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. Open floor plan. They have thought of everything to make you comfortable. The owners communicated with us very timely from the date of booking until we checked out. The best place we have stayed over our years of travel.
There were many thoughtful touches at this property. The apartment was clean, there were shower toiletries and other bathroom amenities (including what looked like a bidet to the side of the toilet). The WiFi log-on instructions were prominently displayed, there were welcome snacks, a first aid kit (which we were glad to leave intact for the next guests). The beds are comfortable. The temperature was pleasant. The kitchen has many things to make a meal with, but isn't as fully stocked as my home kitchen. When we discovered the Alexa, my daughter asked it to play Baby Shark (she should know better). There are televisions in every room. It made a good place for us to stay and get around to our various locations in the valley. We would stay there again happily.
