"Room smelled like there had been a dog there. Laundry facilities were broken and they ordered the wrong machines so we had to walk to the laundromat. Shower door hung badly causing flooded bathroom floor every time we showered. Kind of far from downtown but had great transportation nearby and 2 grocery stores within walking distance."

"This was a fantastic hotel in a wonderful city. Rooms were excellent, the hotel lobby area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods. The location is very close to a #2 tram stop, which takes about 10 mins to get to the station. Across from this stop is a huge supermarket, Kaufland, and stops for the more direct #3 tram are about 5 mins walk away. Brilliant place to stay."

"Gute Kommunikation zum Checkin. Frau Huber hat uns sogar etwas zeitiger empfangen und alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir konnten sogar in der Einfahrt parken als die Straße voll geparkt war. Schön auch, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab. Die Innenstadt erreicht man mit der Straßenbahn. Die Haltestelle ist ziemlich nah. Alles kein Problem."
