  • Welcome to the Elbflorenz Family Loft in Dresden!

    This spacious apartment offers plenty of room for the whole family, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and refrigerator, and the convenience of a washing machine. Ideally located for exploring Dresden, it is a place where you can truly feel at home.

    Our apartment is situated in an exceptionally quiet courtyard, directly opposite more than 30 children’s bedrooms. Quiet hours are therefore strictly enforced from 10:00 p.m., with a maximum noise level of 35 dB. Guests who prefer to spend the evening socialising or celebrating will find many lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Our apartment is ideal for guests who value peace and quiet in the evening. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no tolerance for noise after 10:00 p.m.
