Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Elbflorenz. The room was very comfortable and the property was excellent. Be prepared to pay an additional city tax as well as a 12€/night parking.

At first the area did not look so great around the Hotel, but after exploring it was very close to the Christmas markets, the mall, and the hop on hop off bus tour. Staff and breakfast were excellent.

Staff were excellent! Great location!

Had a very quiet room which faced the interior courtyard. Location is excellent - just a quick couple of streetcar stops to get to the Altstadt (old part of the city). Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection. Above all, it was the extremely helpful staff, who helped me a lot with a lost item, that made this a very special place to stay.

City holiday

In the first room we were given the AC did not work but the friendly staff gave us an other upgraded room. The bed was comfortable with eiderdown. The breakfast was excellent with sparkling wine and large variety of food. The location is quiet area and not far from old town and tram stop is opposite the hotel.

Our room was large and we felt comfortable. Breakfast buffet is available but was not included in our room rate and was quite expensive, though they did offer a good selection. There is a bakery and a minimart in the World Trade Centre connected to the hotel. There are also Asian and Itallian resteraunts in the WTC. Parking is also attached and is cheaper than other places weve been. The main attractions are 20 - 30 minutes walk but there is a tram stop right outside.
