At first the area did not look so great around the Hotel, but after exploring it was very close to the Christmas markets, the mall, and the hop on hop off bus tour. Staff and breakfast were excellent.

The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bathroom is large and the separate toilet was a bonus. I would stay here again.

Staff were excellent! Great location!
Had a very quiet room which faced the interior courtyard. Location is excellent - just a quick couple of streetcar stops to get to the Altstadt (old part of the city). Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection. Above all, it was the extremely helpful staff, who helped me a lot with a lost item, that made this a very special place to stay.

Interesting location attached to business center and small covered mall (convenient for stores and dining). Nice lobby. Room good enough, but nothing special. Missed not having a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was very expensive for the quality and variety of the food -it’s easy to eat next door (unless you are here on a Sunday). Used nearby metered parking to save exorbitant parking fees as well. Could not use hotel wifi until check in time (not a generous policy). Overall just fine, but a bit overpriced considering amenities.

Check on and check out super easy. Staff extremely friendly and patient to answer any questions or concerns. Hotel was super clean and quiet! Breakfast buffets full of variety with plenty of choices to sit ( inside/outside). Again everything very quiet and relaxed and the staff was amazing!!

First the clerk from the night shift tell us parking is for free, then the next day the whole night shift clerk team, is almost laughing at us, same clerk says parking not for free. Never encountered such an unprofessional and childish behavior in my whole life, in all the hotels I ever been. Second the same clerk explained it in German because he pretended his English is bad! Seams he doesn't speak any language correctly. So very bad service. The cupboard in the room is old smelly and ugly, wouldn't put any thing inside, cause it would smell. The shower has annoying curtains. The room is super hot, the AC noisy, the roof fan is also annoying. No coffee not tea machine in the room. To make it perfect they should give you a key instead of a card. Also welcome drink was not tasty, sorry. This hotel is the worse! How come it has 4 stars???

Great stay for a short trip in Dresden!
Beautiful two night stay and everything in the hotel was perfect other than that the beds were a little hard. f I ever planned on visiting Dresden again I would definitely consider staying here again.

Luxurious hotel near the center of Dresden
Very modern, spacious and comfortable room. Personnel were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good as was the location, just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center.

Great hotel in Dresden
Really wonderful hotel with service personnel who were thoroughly professional, courteous, and friendly. My room was spotless, as was the bathroom. Hotel Elbflorenz also offers a really fine breakfast that I thoroughly enjoyed. I will stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel in Dresden
This is a newer hotel and it is in the World Trade Center complex. It is very easy to get to from the airport by train. Local transportation is also easily available. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Dresden historic district. I would have felt safe here as a solo traveler. There is a market also in the complex as well as a bakery and several restaurants.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff, 20 minute walk into town. Very good breakfast, BUT EXPENSIVE, 30 Euro for x2 Breakfast. No Tea and Coffee in rooms, although Tea and Coffee is free in Restaurant downstairs. Free WiFi......

The room was just wonderful. Very comfy bed and the room and the property itself was absolutely clean. What I didn't like was the breakfast-room. The restaurant was huge. The buffet itself in a separate room some stairs up. So you basically have to run several times upstairs to get your stuff together. And due to the size of the room it was quite noisy.
