Die Wohnung befindet sich im Szeneviertel Neustadt nur 4 Gehminuten von der Elbe entfernt. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür und bringt Dich in wenigen Minuten bis in Dresdens schöne Altstadt. Die offenen, lichtdurchfluteten Räume sind mit sind mit allem ausgestattet was Du für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt brauchst! In der Dresdener Neustadt erwartet Dich eine individuelle Kneipenszene mit Bars, Restaurants und hübschen Cafés. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

Dein Apartment liegt im 3. Stock, das Haus verfügt jedoch über einen Fahrstuhl - Koffer schleppen Fehlanzeige!

Das schöne Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großzügiges King-Size Bett in dem 2 Personen Platz finden. Die großen Fenster zeigen zum Innenhof, sodass es Nachts sehr ruhig ist und Du angenehm schlafen kannst.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch die sich ganz einfach in ein gemütliches Bett umfunktionieren lässt in dem 2 Personen schlafen können. Der große 55 Zoll Fernseher bietet alle gängigen Programme und verfügt weiterhin über einen Netflix-Account, sodass Du nach einem langen Tag voller Entdeckungen gemütlich Deine Lieblingsserien ansehen kannst.

In der Küche befindet sich neben Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank auch eine schöne Arbeitsfläche auf der Du Dir Dein Essen zubereiten kannst. Alle üblichen Küchengeräte wie Toaster, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden, sodass Du morgens bequem eine Tasse Kaffee genießen kannst. Nudeln, Gewürze, Olivenöl und Kaffee stehen selbstverständlich bereit.
