Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Elbe und die Stadt. Wegen der Hanglage sollte man einige Treppen steigen können. In der nahen Umgebung findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Die Umgebung bietet Spazierwege durch das Villenviertel und an der Elbe. Durch die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gelangt man einfach in die Innenstadt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Tolle Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut die Stadt erkunden. Auch Ausflüge ins Umland sind sehr zu empfehlen. Rund um die Wohnung ist alles gut erreichbar (Bäcker, Eisdiele, Supermarkt, diverse Restaurants). Wir kommen gern wieder.

Toller Ausblick gute Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das blaue Wunder und bei guter Sicht kann man bis in die Albstadt sehen. Es wäre allerdings sehr gut gewesen, wenn wir gewusst hätten, daß es über 100 Stufen vom Auto bis in die Wohnung sind. Aber Dresden ist wirklich eine Reise wert.

Traumhafte Kulisse, sehr freundliche Vermieter und eine wunderbare Wohnung mit liebe zum Detail. Absolut empfehlenswert. Nur die ganzen Stufen waren ne Herausforderung, welche man aber bereits nach kurzem gewöhnt war ;-)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Terasse

Unser Aufenthalt war rundherum gelungen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön - mit Blick auf das blaue Wunder -. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komfortabel. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb Dresdens und Umgebung, können bequem mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreicht werden. Die Wohnung kann ich jeden weiterempfehlen. Von den Eigentümern haben wir wertvolle Tips zu Veranstaltungen, innerhalb unseres Buchungszeitraums bekommen.

Super Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wohnung in tipptopp Zustand. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Uns, und sicher auch vielen nach uns, wäre mit einem Hinweis auf die für ältere oder behinderte Personen doch sehr anstrengenden 114 Stufen gedient (gewesen).

traumhafte Lage

Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Die Dachwohnung war sehr geräumig mit allem was benötigt wird. Alles sehr sauber. Die Aussicht auf das "Blaue Wunder " auch von der Dachterrasse herrlich. Für den Sommer ist die Wohnung sogar klimatisiert.

Ein blaues Wunder

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung mit dem herrlichen Balkon und dem Elbblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. In jede Richtung fahren Bus und Bahn zu den zahlreichen Zielen Dresdens. TopUmgebung, top Eigentümer, top Wohnung!!!! Was will man mehr???

Ja etwas über 100 Stufen bis zur Wohnung. Na und??? Dafür wird man mit einer Top Wohnung und einzigartigen Aussicht über die schöne Stadt Dresden belohnt👍 Lastenaufzug ist vorhanden 👍 separater Parkplatz vorhanden 👍 Eigentümer sind offen und menschlich sehr,sehr angenehm 👍 hab ich so noch nicht gehabt. Alles hat gepassst

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Hanglage in Loschwitz. Von der großzügigen Terrasse Blick auf die Elbe. Beste Anbindung mit ÖPNV in die Dresdner Innenstadt. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern unkompliziert. Sehr gute Anfahrtsbeschreibung und auch ansonsten an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durchaus empfehlenswert für alle, die gut Treppen steigen können.
