This beautiful 2 BR apartment within a historical building is centrally located in Dresden-Plauen near the Technical University and City Centre. The apartment offers large, bright windows and a balcony, making it ideal for families, friends, couples, business travelers, and students. During the day, the sun shines directly into the living room. The apartment is located in an area adorned with lovely Art Nouveau facades from the 19th century, which have been spared the destruction of WW2 and offer a pleasant sense of well-being.
