Staff need to be trained to be nicer, and to accommodate the client needs. Putting clients satisfaction first.

Will be going back to Atlantis moving forward. Staff is not accommodating; you're just another guest in their eyes. Asked for a late check out,100.00 and hour (After spending thousands of dollars on food and drinks... let alone what I spent at Casino!!!!!
