Vacation home Brink Farmhouse with garden shed

  • Welcome to the Brink Holiday Home.

    The Brink Holiday Home is located in the village of Brink near Drolshagen in the Sauerland region and can accommodate up to 15 people.
    The Listertalsperre reservoir is about 1 km away and is perfect for swimming. Shopping options are available in Drolshagen, about 7 km away.

    The house has two floors. On the ground floor is a large, fully equipped kitchen (commercial oven, microwave, additional oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, immersion blender, etc., freezer, two refrigerators). The dining room features a large dining table that seats 15 people. In the adjoining living room, a couch invites you to relax and watch TV. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

    The upper floor features five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

    Bedrooms:
    - 2 rooms have 4 beds (one double bed and one bunk bed)
    - 2 rooms have 2 single beds
    - 1 room has one double bed and one single bed

    The house also has a travel cot and a high chair.

    - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower

    The house has Wi-Fi.

    A washing machine and dryer are also available.

    Bed linens and/or towels can be booked separately.

    Upon arrival, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided for initial use; guests must provide their own supplies thereafter.

    The house has a garden next to and behind the house, which can be accessed via a staircase. There you’ll find a garden shed, a grill, and a fire pit.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem.Man konnte auch kurz vor Reiseantritt noch Bettwäsche und Handtücher nachbestellen.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.Insgesamt kann man das Ferienhaus also absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende mit der Familie. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und wir hatten mit 15 Personen genügend Platz für alle. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut durchdacht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts .Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und problemlos. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
