Room on 1st floor needed some updating in its furniture & hard flooring that was damaged. Pillows were overstuffed and hard to sleep on. Otherwise the the room was clean and a decent size with 2 queen beds. Sink was outside of shower/toilet.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and bilingual. comfortable & clean rooms. The food offered in the restaurant was excellent. The children's menu options were wonderful and a 3 course option for an amazing price of $17! My kids loved their meals. I am celiac and the staff were knowledgeable and provided delicious safe meals. As a bonus the hotel was decorated for Halloween and my kids thought that was so cool and fun. We would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at Hôtel & Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville. It was a quick trip for me as I was travelling to see family. I was more than impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was great, very accommodating and patient. I expressed I do not speak French and that was handled flawlessly. I would definitely stay here again and may have to on the way home. For anybody searching for hotels in the area I would definitely recommend this specific one. The only flaw I would give was the snow removal in the parking lot. It wasn’t horrible but I felt I should find something for them to make adjustments to ensuring the business continues to grow in a positive direction

From the moment we arrived the staff of Le Dauphin we welcoming, gracious, even upgrading our room after recognizing some physical challenge we had. The meal we enjoyed at the in-house restaurant was wonderful with superb service.

The room was great, staff were fabulous- had a small issue with the TV and within 5 minutes a gentleman showed up and fixed it immediately!! We would definitely both stay here again and recommend this hotel ! Just a small point if you are staying on a Sunday night - the on site restaurant is not open - that was no problem as there are numerous restaurants in the area and many within walking distance ! Good stay !!

The hotel is an easy on and off of the highway. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Lots of parking. I had a truck and trailer with no problem. Lots of food options close to the hotel. Room was clean and quite. Will definitely stay again and would suggest to others.
