8.8/10 Excellent! (9 reviews)
The hosts were great with comms. I paid some extra for an early check in and they were there to show us everything. The flat really clean and had everything needed, also was right by a shopping plaza, has a mini mart and coffee shop on site and is just across the way from a tram stop (albeit Ubers are super cheap so only used tram once).

. Hotel is in good location
. Staff were friendly and welcoming
. The hotel was clean throughout our stay
. Our bedroom was cleaned daily, except on Sunday. I'm not sure whether this was because it was our last night, due to reduced staffing, or if it was simply missed by accident.
. The lift is out of use, therfore not suitable for disabled people.

It’s a comfortable and modern facility. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. They don’t have a free shuttle and I told them to change that on their website. They charge more than a uber price for providing airport transportation so I took an uber.
The breakfast was expensive and is not included in the room price.
