The home sits on 15 private acres with beautiful views of Boltz lake (100AC lake) with a private dock with Kayaks and fishing. Plenty of amenities; private dock, hot tub and more, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Guests can relax in the peaceful living room, upstairs and downstairs which also offers a comfortable sofa bed. Heating and AC keep the atmosphere just right no matter the season. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Dry Ridge and our enjoyable house has to offer.
    This home is located 5 mins from i-75 and 12 mins from the ARK.
