Beautiful farm located in the rural heart of the Bellarine Peninsula. Breath taking views across the bay, the rolling country side and over adjoining vineyards. Villas are 100% off grid (solar battery with back up generator, septic and tank water) with Electric vehicle charge station. Villas are in a private location, spacious, brand new and modern. Full kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge and quality utensils. Split system heating and air conditioning. Bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with quality linen provided, large mirror and a ceiling fan. Iron and ironing board provided. Relax with Netflix, free to air tv and free Wifi. Work away from home on the desk with usb and power points. Oversized shower with towels, toiletries and hairdryer. Relax on the deck and cook with the electric BBQ. Picnic hamper available to use on request. 

Perfect for a cosy stay on the Bellarine central to lots of attractions. 15 mins drive to Ocean Grove/Point Lonsdale, 10 mins to St Leonards and Portarlington. Property is a rural 80 acre sheep farm with 2 seperate villas. Both Villas are located in our beautiful back paddock, with their own tree lined private entrance.

We love where we live and have the dream to share our special place with guests. We saw the potential when we purchased the property. This property was purchased back in 2021 by Stewy & Anne-Marie. Prior to purchase it had been uninhabited for 15 years so with a lot of hard work it is slowly been brought back to its former beauty (still a work in progress). The property is called Coonardoo which is 80 acres of land situated on Founds Road and backing onto Scotchmans Hill Winery. Coonardoo is a small working farm with Aussie white sheep which we breed yearly, you will see them grazing on the the property. Aussie white sheep are a very curious and friendly breed and might come up and see what is happening.

Located in a rural setting on Founds Road- 5 minutes from Drysdale and backing onto Scotchmans Hill winery. The Bellarine has sheltered beaches nestled around perfect for swimming, water sports, snorkling and relaxing from a short 10 minutes drive away. There are wineries located within a 5-10 minute drive, and many other local attractions located close by.
