This charming retreat is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in the estate's serene surroundings. The Cottage exudes warmth and character, combining modern comforts with rustic elegance. The Cottage ensures a delightful stay for guests seeking privacy and relaxation.
Please note the 1 bathroom is an ensuite to the main queen bedroom

“Soho is one of the oldest established station properties in Victoria with panoramic views of the Southern ocean, Heads, Queenscliff, Point Nepean, Swan Bay and a large sweep of Port Phillip Bay”

Guest access
Guests will have access to the pool, tennis court, gardens and rotunda over looking the lake.
Guests also have access to additional shared facilities in the "Carriage House" (subject to availability) including wood fired pizza oven, indoor BBQ and pool table (refer to photos in the listing).
Please note this Carriage House area is strictly for guests 18 and over.
If you would like to make use of these facilities, please request access with your booking and I will confirm availability.
Additional guest fee applicable for bookings for more than two adults.
No additional fee for children 17 years and under.

Lovely getaway

We loved our stay at this property. Kids loved the animals and being able to walk around the gardens. Close enough to Geelong city for dinner.Only slightly frustrating thing was the dog barking on and off at night.

This place is amazing, with beautiful grounds, views, a high quality pool and tennis court- we really did not need to leave the place. When we did go out though, the property is close to beautiful beaches, wineries, and restaurants. The host Kate is great, she was very accommodating. We loved our stay.

Memorable and relaxing holiday

My daughter and I had a truly wonderful holiday at the Historic SoHo Estate.The lake and gardens surrounding the estate were absolutely beautiful, and the cottage itself was charming and well-equipped. It had everything we could have wished for, including fresh eggs and flowers to welcome us upon arrival. The estate also featured a heated pool and a tennis court, which were lovely additions to our stay. While we did enjoy a refreshing swim, one of our favorite moments was simply relaxing poolside with a glass of wine.The location was perfect for exploring all the Bellarine beaches.Kate, our hostess, went above and beyond in providing helpful information about the best local spots to visit. One of her excellent recommendations was Scotchmans Hill winery, where we enjoyed delicious wines and food while taking in the stunning views.Kate’s thoughtfulness and attentive hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The combination of the estate and her warm welcome made for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
