"Room service was really bad, the quality of the food as well as it not matching what was described in the menu, the mangoes on my dessert tasted like onion and it was over cooked and tasted really bad, they replaced it with a cheesecake with was as bad. the breakfast was very average for a 5 star hotel it was more like a 3-4 star hotel breakfast. the doors do not seal noise very well the shower water was brown when i first ran it and i had to keep it running for a few minutes for the water to clear so i could shower"

"Honestly, I’m really shocked how this hotel is four stars only from a person that tried a lot of photos in Dubai. This should be a five stars hotel. It’s amazing. The staff are amazing. Their room is amazing very clean. Very polite people very welcoming"
