The hotel is located in a very busy business district. Despite that, the rooms are extremely well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. It is very close to the World Trade Center and only a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which makes getting around very convenient. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. At checkout, they kindly offered to call a taxi and thoughtfully arranged a metropolitan taxi, which cost about one-third of the price of an Uber. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the room cleaning could be improved.

Room was great, loved the smell and beat of the place. Also having some restaurants on site was really a plus. Staff were helpful just didn’t lie their in room fridge replenishment policy l. At this price point I expected bottled water daily. And the fridge reload complimentary at once every three days came off as a bit stingy. Overall well done 25hrs well done

What an amazing establishment. The cleaning staff were outstanding. The dining and serving staff are very pleasant and helpful .
