Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 600.00

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Guests will have full access to the entire 3-bedroom + maid’s apartment, including the spacious living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You can enjoy all building amenities such as the private beach, outdoor pools (including kids’ pool), fully equipped gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and children’s play area.

Secure covered parking is available for your convenience. The building also provides 24/7 security and concierge services to assist you during your stay.

Guests are welcome to use the barbecue and picnic areas to relax and socialize.
