The hotel was absolutely amazing. Ahmed on duty manager noticed that it was my daughters first time in Dubai also we only had one night as it was a long layover for us so Ahmed was super kind to upgrade our room which made my daughter super happy ! The location is super convenient as the Hotel is connected to the Dubai mall so you don’t have to walk outside in the hot weather. The food at the restaurant was also very good and the staff were very attentive. Overall we had an amazing experience! Special thank you to Ahmed ! Definitely will be back !

Pros: The room and the staff were amazing, the hotel is very clean, the location is excellent. Cons: my room was on the 9th floor with city view and was near the main road and the bridge and you can hear the cars crossing the bridge all day and all night even if the windows were closed. When I asked the front desk about breakfast they told me 100 AED and when I went directly to dining room they charged me 150 AED, and I was told that the difference was because I didn’t go through the front desk which make it cheaper. They had to mention it ahead so it’s really unfair.

Very disappointed that I wasn’t notified. If I knew I would have booked somewhere else. A kitchen is important for me as I’m diabetic and can’t eat certain foods. Will not be staying here again
