This hotel is only 9 minutes from the airport so it’s ideal for long layovers. The hotel was beautiful, the pool was awesome, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They helped me call a taxi a couple times. They also have a cafe and restaurant on the premises and the outdoor seating area is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The customer service was awful, no help from the team about shuttle service to the airport and when we are asking, the guy is more interested in his phone than communicating. The room stunk of a stale smell and was dirty and neglected, the balcony door broke as soon as we slid it open. Overall not happy with our experience here, and won’t be staying or recommending to anyone.

Hotel was ok, check in and check out disappointing

Didn’t have my room ready when I arrived at 8pm, made me wait. Decided they needed to check my room on departure and made me wait for 10 minutes. Stressful when you have a flight to catch and seems pointless when they have your card details.
