Great Customer Service

The reception team were exceptional when I arrived at hotel and realised that my passport had fallen out of my pocket in the taxi. They went above and beyond in getting it returned in under 1 hour. Food was great and good bar and pool area. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. People - they create the atmospher - were extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to 2 seurity guards and a housekeeping person. I had to wait for my room to be ready for about 15 minutes. Bathroom smelled like a sewer and it was very noisy. I have stayed in other Alofts and this one was below par.
