This was our third time at a Rotana Hotel in Dubai. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was very good lots of choice. Very attentive staff. JB Gastropub amazing food. Will definitely return. Local area very nice with a great choice of restaurants and bars.

Everyone in the staff was super helpful. The location is great. They offer free shuttle service to/from the mall of emirates which is very convenient and saved me ~300 AED that otherwise I would have paid for taxi ride. The view from the room was amazing and all the amenities were very good.

Great food and service throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Samir & Nani. The tours desk was also excellent in putting together the itineraries. The only thing was the area around can sometimes be noisy in the evenings with the volume of traffic going through. Apart from that our stay was very pleasant and we would consider staying there again!

Nice property but it’s impossible to sleep with cars revving their engines and car horns all through the night until 4am despite that being illegal in the UAE. Great location but not great if you actually want to get some sleep whilst you’re away

Great hotel for service and friendliness

Great service and very friendly hotel, especially the club lounge with Purity and Nasir. The pool guys and service during the day were also excellent.

We stayed for the second time at the Amwaj Rotana for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. I want to give a special mention to Babul from housekeeping, he was so kind and welcoming to us everyday and had our room in immaculate condition everyday. He really made such a difference to our stay with his kind presence in the hotel.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Wiam who gifted us a dinner voucher to use at the hotel as there was a slight delay in preparing our room. We didn’t mind as the staff were so accommodating and we could see they were genuinely busy. Really enjoyed our stay here, dinner at the Horizon was amazing with plenty of choices. So glad we booked this after a 5 nights stay at the Jumeirah Beach hotel and can confidently say, we had a better time at Amwaj Rotana. Will definitely be staying here again with the family when we are next in Dubai.
