Bluewaters is a really chic area by the marina. Can be annoying travelling between the two buildings of the hotel (try staying at main tower - Caesar). Hotel is modern, rooms are great, housekeeping services are brilliant. Worth considering the half-board, it's excellent value

Beautiful hotel with the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in the world. Nicholas who was stationed by the pool during our stay was particularly warm and helpful as was Zipporah who checked us in. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

I always come back to this place because of its attention to the finest detail that makes you feel like you are on another planet meant for the perfect hospitality. Even though there was a full booking due to an event that caused me transferring to the other facility (Caesars Hotel), it was is the most beautiful accident of all time; they all have the same level of wonderful hospitality.

Great weeks stay at the property. Hotel has been opened for 10months and does feel very modern and new. Surrounding area very stylish and clean however many shops not opened yet, that will happen for Oct 2020 when the Wheel is due to open for Expo. Staff where great, especially Fidelis on the beach. Could not do enough for us and was a particular highlight of our stay. Rooms were spacious and spotless with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. Separate toilet and bathroom which I find a pain but others may like this option. Very high tech with TV in the mirror ! Housekeeping were excellent although more towels in bathroom would stop us having to ask for more. We stayed on half board package, buffet breakfast was good, although on busy mornings drinks arrived after we had finished our breakfast ! Need to iron this issue out. We ate on the beach on two occasions both delicious. We tried Sandbar, very quiet, lovely meal and staff were great. Evening buffets were OK but felt a bit canteen rather than enjoyable dinner. Tired Hells Kitchen one night. Extra supplement which I didn't think was worth it. Food was good but not amazing which I guess I was expecting due to the supplement. Overall great stay, beach and cool breeze is great, flight path of sky divers very annoying but overall would go back when the wider resort opens fully as this would give more food options and places to go of an evening.

Very good staycation. Amenities are brand new, state of the art, and family friendly. Food at the buffet (bacchanal) was exceptional and so was the service. It’s great for couples as well as families. I enjoyed the family pool with my little one. Will definitely go back.

Great place. Well maintained. The only things I would change: Very strict on breakfast close timing (closes at 11. got there at 11:05. refused breakfast and asked to go to the ala carte place). Also, if cabanas are not being used at 4 PM, don't hassle people to pay for the whole day for an hour
