I stayed at Barceló Residences Dubai Marina in July, and one of the strongest memories I have from the stay is the exceptional team and how comfortable they made me feel. I especially want to recognize Nandar, Monica, Kevin, Theo, Perry, Ahmed, Mohamed, Dennis, and Raj. Every one of them was incredibly helpful and professional, while still bringing genuine warmth and kindness to the experience. Their collective hospitality made a meaningful difference throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the consistency. Feeling comfortable when traveling is incredibly important to me, and the team created an environment where I felt welcomed and well looked after. Their professionalism never felt impersonal—it was accompanied by genuine care and a willingness to help. My sincere thanks to Nandar, Monica, Kevin, Theo, Perry, Ahmed, Mohamed, Dennis, and Raj for making my July stay such a positive experience. Great hospitality ultimately comes down to people, and this team represented that beautifully. I left with wonderful memories and a great deal of appreciation for everyone who helped make the stay so comfortable.

I loved this hotel, big apartment, beautiful view, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, great gym, great location and the best part was the most amazing staff from front desk, to security to housekeeping, this hotel is lucky to have them!

The location was excellent although alot of building works being carried out around the area. The customer service was excellent , reception always welcoming and quick to resolve a leak from the ceiling in our room . The hotel was spotless and rooms were cleaned throughly each day

All the staff at reception (valet, concierge and reception agents) were always very friendly and helpful. We met the cleaning g staff on one occasion and they were helpful and friendly also. The two bedroom suite we had was extremely spacious and very clean.

Our 2-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and perfect for our family trip to Dubai. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Washing machine was useful - ideal for long stays. Continental breakfast bags were delivered to our apartment each morning - there is no restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a dip in the pool - it was in the shade though due to the skyscrapers in the Marina area.
