Really good spot to take pics of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. Walking distance to the beach. A little bit noisy. I heard the sports car racing every night. They only have one socket for the US plug, and it’s on the wall opposite the foot of the bed. All snacks and drinks are free.

The property was beautiful and better than expected however we experienced lots of noise in the hallway. Th tub also did not drain properly. Loved the room and the complimentary snacks.

This is the place you want to stay if you are interested in a local beach 1 minute walk and close approximation to Dubai attractions. Also Balkan cafe is at your convenience. I would recommend to include breakfast to your stay. It was the best experience I have ever had. Mini bar is filled on the daily basis, coffee machine with coffee on the daily basis, tea kettle with tea on the daily basis you just have to experience it yourself. Taxi is affordable comparing to North American standards. You will not be disappointed I promise!

Glad I chose this!
Pretty good hotel! Definitely amazing for the price, location, and room! The room was much bigger than I expected; I got the standard with King bed. Be wary that the price to and from this hotel to the airport is about 80 Dirhams (~$20USD) each way and takes about 30 mins to reach. It is right smack middle in Dubai next to Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach hotel, so easy access to the beach! (although recommend going to the beach from November, as even in September it is too hot!) Super friendly staff who helped me numerous times, and pretty quickly when I locked myself out in the balcony lol

Good stay overall but almost impossible to sleep at night with the sound of fast cars on main road, we had to ask the receptionist to switch our room after having a really hard time the first couple of nights. Our shower was clogged up as well and most power outlets did not work. Besides the negative points above the staff was courteous and willing to assist with any requests.

It was very quiet and a 2 min walk from the beach. I loved it. Just remember guys and girls. If you're coming from the airport, pick up some liquor at the airport. Sorry, the hotel is great. Just would have been even better if i would have known that. It was at a fair price and again the hotel is great. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Really great new little boutique hotel with tasteful, well designed, comfortable rooms. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive and as a bonus, there's an excellent Balkan restaurant of all things connected to the hotel (though run separately). This speaks to the many cultures represented in Dubai, a haven for expats from everywhere.

Small, nice hotel walking distance to the beach.
Nicel little boutique hotel in a great spot if you want to get to the beach, Also pretty easy to get to the main highway, can also walk to the Surf House if you want to get out for a Stand Up Paddle. Very agreeable place and great staff.

Great hotel for spending time on a beach. Super helpful and considerate staff. Nice clean room. The only small minus is that you sometimes can hear the cars driving outside.

Great friendly hotel in a great location
The hotel is clean, staff are really nice and friendly, room was a great size and it’s in a great location a few minutes stroll to the beach. A nice touch was a free daily stocked mini bar which had 7up, coke, sparkling water and an orange juice. Also they give you a snack box contains some very tast my chocolate covered dates and other delights. I have two small issues 1) the air conditioning was pretty loud to the point that it drowned out the tv even on the slowest fan speed. 2) the water in the shower was barely like warm. Not sure if this was a temporary issue or just something the hotel does. The beach was clean but quite busy mainly full of menan there was a really nice souk (mari at jumeirah) a mile away

A quirky hotel near to the beach
The hotel is relatively new with quirky interior. The rooms are clean and staff are polite. The only drawback of this hotel is that breakfast was not offered when making the booking and so it would have been much better if breakfast was included. The area this hotel is located in is very expensive as it is not very far from the Burj Al Arab. The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool but the beach is only 2 minute walk away and it is absolutely amazing!! White sand and clear tourquise water. I would definitely stay here again but with breakfast included!

1 Block from Jumeirah Beach
This is a small hotel (21 rooms) very reasonably prices and hotel is lovely. Large rooms and great staff. You can walk to the Burj Al Arab and there are many restaurants in the area. The beach is fabulous 1 block from the hotel. We took the Hop-on Hop-off bus from there. Stops just down the beach. Would stay again when in Dubai.

Great hotel, close to the beach
New, very clean, free minibar, friendly, helpful stuff, very close to the beach. We were able to park car in garage for free. Recommend it.

Great hotel near the beach
We had an excellent stay at the Park Regis Boutique Hotel. We had a welcome drink upon arrival and they took our photo which they later gave to us framed as a souvenir. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and nicely designed with a modern bathroom and it is close to the beach. The hotel restaurant has delicious food and great service. We would definitely stay there again.

Very close to the beach. Gorgeous decor.
So comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is very new so some taxi drivers may have trouble locating it but just mention that it is near "Umm Suqeim Park" and they'll find it. It's very clean and well kept. Housekeeping do an immaculate job of tidying. The complimentary mini bar is a delightful bonus. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

Lovely hotel but disappointing stay due to noise
Great location and lovely new hotel with fabulous decor. However, it's not well constructed and the soundproof is terrible with thin walls & no double glazed windows. Be sure to specify an interior room or you might end up in a noisy room facing the main road, where I was kept awake throughout my 1st night there. The inteiror room was better but you could hear the mosque and morning prayer at 5:20am. Plus I had noisey neighbors; I could hear them talking & the music from the room next door. There are many other great hotels in Dubai and I wouldn't stay there again.

Great option for Dubai
Lovely new hotel in a good location. Some issues with sound proofing in the rooms. Otherwise very clean, staff were exceptionally helpful and a good location.

Great location, good value for price.
Pleasently surprised with this hotel, and the proximity to several beaches. We previously stayed along The Walk in JBR, this hotel was a nice change of pace, away from touristy and Americanized feel of the chain restaurants. Make sure to check out Kite Beach! Only complaint would be that we were on main level and the traffic was quite noisy. Overall would stay again.
