I will never come back to this horrible hotel
Where to start? I made a mistake while booking so I had to book 2 days and I arrived 1 day in advance so I had to book with them directly. Checking-in process was ok, the room was full of smoke like someone has just left the room. The bed wasn’t good and comfy at all I woke up with pain in my back. The buffet was ok but the waiter kept on asking to put the mask on(bar the foreign people of course l!!) My friend showed up at my room to say hello and the security guy (African guy) acted like he was undercover mafia at the left with us as later on the recipient called to tell me that you brought someone at your room send him back and ask him to present his ID lol what a joke! OTHER INCIDENT! When I asked for disposable cutlery and they asked me to pay 10 dirhams for deposit hahah. Overall, l will never come back to this hotel please seek other options around the area cause it’s really good. Terrible experience as the whole hotel was running by unprofessional and unqualified bunch of people.

I booked a non smoking room yet the air coming into my room from the ventilation system was full of cigarette smoke smell every night all night, i suffocated

Pleasant stay..
It was pleasant stay, Everything was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable, so was the amenities. 3-4 mins from Mall of Emirates. My only problem was how the water spilled out from the shower into bathroom floor. The staff at the receptions was very kind and polite during checkin and checkout, I believe one one them was marylyn. The price paid is fantastic considering the vicinity.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the hotel is very close to the Mall of the Emirates which is great, it literally takes 5 minutes to walk there. The reason I marked it down was that it's very close to another Citymax Hotel but has a weird address which appears to very hard for taxis to find which is annoying, it really needs to do something about that. Also when we were leaving I specifically requested a Dubai state metered taxi and they got me yet another rip-off taxi cab who I assume they get paid for using - not acceptable and why I probably would not stay there again.

The best of the best! Loved my stay!
City max Al Barsha is a gem right in the centre of Al Barsha, having nice restaurants, grocery stores nearby and above all the Mall of Emirates is just a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff is excellent and the rooms are spacious and in immaculate condition. The breakfast has many choices and the quality of food is very good. I loved my stay here and I would surely recommend anyone visiting Dubai to stay here. You will not be disappointed for sure.

It was great stay at the hotel. Me n my wife stayed for four days n loved every single that they had offered to us. Swimming pool was Great. Very good price and great services. If I go to Dubai next time, Will definitely go to this hotel. Keep up the great service.

Hotel is located on a very narrow back road, so depending on the time, arriving or leaving the hotel can be a nightmare with the traffic. Lights in the room would flicker and an extremely loud fan or something in the restroom runs at all times and can't be turned off kept me up at night. Pillows on the bed were flat and uncomfortable and only 2 are provided. Hotel shares the exact same name with another hotel relatively close so very confusing for taxi drivers and difficult to get transportation for visitors. Staff was friendly but unfortunately that won't be enough to get me to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel for a weekend / quick stay

Séjour très décevant. Nous avons dut changé trois fois de chambres... des problèmes dut aux bruits des portes mal insonorisés et des pannes de plomberie qui nous empêcher de dormir. Nous avons même était transféré dans l'autre hôtel de la chaîne, et même dans celui-ci, les deux derniers jours, nous n'avions plus accès à l'eau chaude en fin d'après-midi...

위치찾기 힘들었던 저렴한 가격의 에미레이트몰 근처 호텔
위치가 제대로 표시안된거 같아요. Citymax hotel Al Barsha 2가 있어요. 시원할 때 가서 다행이지 더울 때 갔었음 땀 흠뻑 젖었겠다 싶네요 ㅋㅋ 가성비 좋고 깔끔한 호텔로서 충분한거 같습니다. 에미레이트 몰과 메트로는 도보로 10~15분 거리에요.

Décevant!! Que des mauvaises surprises
On nous a donné une chambre dans le nouveau bâtiment qui est à 300m plus loin du mall. Ainsi, il fallait prendre chaque fois un taxi alors que l'hôtel principal se trouve à 20m du mall. Problème d'eau chaude dans la douche. Bruit assousrdissant de machinerie et de pompes pendant toutes les nuits ce qui nous a empéché de dormir. TV ne fonctionne pas. L'hôtel s'est trompé dans le mode de paiement et il nous a facturé deux fois les taxes. J'ai dû faire un scandale et attendre longtemps jusqu'à ce que le manager avoue l'erreur. Bref, catastrophique pour une ville comme Dubai. Dernière fois que je réserve dans cet hotel et à travers hotels.com.
