I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont, the staff were excellent and really attentive. The room has great facilities and the breakfast had a good variety. Getting a taxi was no problem at all either. Would defiantly recommend.

This was an annual break to Dubai and decided to splash out. Hotel is first class and the facilities are excellent. Staff are really polite and no job is too big. Hope to save up for next year. Location is excellent and next to the Metro for easy transport.

The room was big enough! Very close to the metro line and few stores around. Not sure, but I received a complimentary service of a bowl of fruits as room service. Suggestions to the hotel to have a screen that displays flight information at DXB!

Fantastic location for World Trade Centre, the Metro and the hotel rooms are amazing but OMG the elevator system is slow! I started measuring my wait times after the first day and spent almost 35 mins waiting for elevators on day 2. They need more to deal with the flow of people!
