A very special mention to Keith, whose professionalism, kindness and dedication truly made the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Keith, for everything — your service went above and beyond. This is a formidable hotel, with all the features you need for a wonderful stay. It is located very close to Dubai's major attractions, including the airport. This property has several restaurants with a wide variety of exquisite cuisine. All areas are spotless and the rooms are dreamy, but the most wonderful thing about this hotel stay is its staff. Everyone is extremely attentive, respectful, pleasant, but above all, friendly and smiling. I want to end this review by directly thanking a few people who made my stay at the hotel spectacular.
