This beautifully furnished apartment that is set in the heart of EMAAR Beachfront will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5-star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, infinity-edge swimming pool, Miami style Pool deck, a gymnasium, a kid's splash pads and play area and a business center.



The living room is designed in an open space with his bar area. There is also a smart TV and fast internet (250MBPS)

The master bedroom uses a 200x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom and the apartment also has a guest bathroom by the entrance.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.



We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.



Guest Access:

The building also features an infinity-edge swimming pool (resident pool), panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, Miami-style pool deck, tropical garden rooms, gymnasium, private residences access on the beach, five restaurants and lounges and one private on-site car park.

Getting Around:

Getting around Grand Bleu Tower 2 is easy. Dubai Marina Tram and Metro stations are a short taxi ride away, providing convenient access to the wider city, including attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. For those arriving by air, Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 30-minute drive, while Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is about 45 minutes away. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests with cars. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily accessible at the building entrance.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the apartment is located in the Grand Bleu Tower JBR. Daily housekeeping is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee with 24 hours' notice. Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM (noon). A photocopy of all guests' passports and visas is required before check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. There is a fine of AED 500 for smoking inside the apartment, AED 500 for a lost access card, and AED 200 for a lost key.
