This was the very first hotel I stayed at upon moving to Dubai, and Blandine from housekeeping made me feel so welcomed from day one. She kept my room absolutely spotless and paid incredible attention to detail. Beyond her excellent work, her warmth, kindness, and genuine support truly touched my heart and made my transition so much easier. Thank you, Blandine, for making my first stay in Dubai so enjoyable!

All staff members of this hotell are super friendly, always helpful, always assisting if you have any questions. Breakfast includes a lot of variations too choose from with some daily variations on some of the options. The location of this hotel is super with Mall of the Emirates in walking distance, easy access fo freeway if using car/taxi.

Very close to insurance market metro stop, so very convenient for the red line, about 40 minutes from terminal 3, staff at the hotel in all areas were all excellent, had a very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend as a base to explore, good breakfast, very clean, nice large room
