Excellent service – my family loved it! The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were always smiling and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. However, it would benefit from more variety; we stayed for 6 days and started to get bored with the options after day 3. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great location. The pool is nice and heated. Only problem we had was the humidity in the room. No window and the smell was getting worse. Room size is good and staff is friendly. My wife went to the spa and was happy with the quality.

Going in to and out of hotel to get to airport is very confusing. We booked it thinking it’s close to airport which it is but to get to the airport the highways are very confusing. Get an uber or taxi. If you are driving to this hotel, avoid it. Staff is friendly and very helpful but the hotel is dated and reeks smell of smoke everywhere.

We have decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Dubai. Overall we have enjoyed our time together in Dubai but hotel's policy of not to provide extra water to drink in 38-40 degree soaring temperature is an absolute ridiculous. It's not a matter about we can't buy water and drink, it's a response hotel staff responded. Upon asking water at the reception and the conversation with Ms Poonam was beyond explainable ( absolutely horrible) . Room service personnel Mr Ramkumar Rai was fantastic. We have had a great time in Dubai but not in the hotel Hilton garden inn. Never and ever will come back to this property not will recommend to friends and family. Mr and Mrs KC

All the staff, from management to the front desk, to the dining room/ kitchen and many more, including the room cleaning team, very nice team, serviable, freindly, always greating with smile, ready to make you feel home, I can’t stop talking, and complimenting them to my family and freinds.
