Did not expect that! Bad management
Not really what I expected. The housekeeping staff hardly speaks English, and they don’t change the water after cleaning, that occurs many times and they only cared to ask me and apologized upon checking out .. there’s no sign for Qibla and when i informed mr. Anas doesn’t really seem to care, he told me that he will send someone and nothing happened, so I called to inform him again, and also nothing!

Clean property, nice breakfast buffet, Daisy was amazing!! She was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Surrounding area was nice and clean but there were very few other buildings -flat sandy view with a pretty round-a-bout and city in the distance.

The only issue I had was with the smoking in the building. Although I was on a non-smoking floor (4th), there were days when someone in a close room was smoking and my room filled with the stench. Similarly in the bar/restaurant on level P2. The smoking was unbearable.

This hotel maintained the usual high standards of Holiday Inns around the world. I found the staff very helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to help me, including extending the check-in and check-out times to accommodate my early morning arrival in Dubai, and my late evening departure. Breakfast was excellent, and the room very comfortable.
