Check in was smooth. Rooms are good and carpets needs upgrade. Room service is efficient. F&B food section it is ok. On the food services side mostly the staff are helpful. Some staff show obvious bias if you are from certain country/countries. We noticed this since we stayed in two rooms for 7 days and observed and experienced bias during breakfast and in one of the restaurants market24. We know this since we have travelled to many countries and stayed in various hotel chains. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE from Hyatt. The staff have to be educated and trained to handle customers from various countries and diversities. Having one or two staff from a particular country and asking them to take care of the hotel guests from that country just by looking at them is not enough. All staff should be trained to treat all guest one and the same irrespective of where they come from. After all it food and service that is required and everyone pays for it expecting goof food and services.

My favourite hotel and country

Hotel is amazing. 6* Hotel staff-out standing service Club lounge access - not a huge choice of alcohol but food was amazing Pool and seats. Very clean but small Buffet breakfast. Huge variety of food and chef would cook any food that one wanted.
