Had a fantastic stay at the Intercontinental in Dubai. Beautiful rooms that are clean, modern, well equipped and a level above most other stays. From the minute I checked in, hospitality was impeccable and the team kindly offered me a free breakfast and place to stay while my room was getting ready. The location is ideal for exploring Dubai and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to a friend or family member. Thank you!

Excellent staff - Great location, breakfast was not that great , and even though we booked their top of the line apartment, bathrooms were too small compare to dubai standards in similar properties. Overall great experience becuase staff is amazing!

Our second stay at the anazing Intercontinental Residences in Business Bay. Why are they so highly rated? Dubai is full of fabulous accommodation - why do they get rated so consistently high? Simple - customer service that is real, from the heart, not forced. They care and go above and beyond every single time. From housekeeping to management the standard doesn’t waver. We will be back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and the staff were always attentive - especially the pool boys, who were consistently friendly and helpful. The reception staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room service team was very friendly and helpful as well. We really felt well taken care of throughout our stay. On the last day, we even received a cute little gift at the reception, which made us really happy. I also celebrated my birthday on November 11th and was surprised with a piece of cake - such a lovely gesture. We will definitely be coming back!
