Exceptional! One of the greatest hotel in Jumeriah and Dubai, their beach is pristine and the pool has great views and services. The gym is top notch too. We booked a room and got a better one, checkin staff were very friendly legions and his colleagues Carl and their other colleague were quite helpful, the stay exceeded expectations in all measures.

Everything about this hotel shouts out pure class. From the cleanliness,service,food and organisation. This is my fourth stay and it never ever disappoints. Every member of staff just can’t do enough to make your stay as stress free and perfect as they possibly can.
