The experience was good in general with minor observations. The parking space is not enough for the guests. Although the security guard has done his best to adjust the situation. He deserve a high credit for his efforts. The receptionist in certain shifts needs to improve his customer service skills.

Awful service

Awful awful service from the check in staff. The man at the desk called 'Akash' was very rude and has zero customer service skills and I don't think he knows how to smile. Additionally, the manager is also very unhelpful. There are much better hotels in Dubai, don't ruin your trip by staying here !

Sämsta servicen någonsin!

Tog mig mer än 1h att checka in då receptionen inte kunde hitta min bokning (delvis Hotels.com fel). När jag skulle checka ut bad jag om 15min extra men det kunde dom inte erbjuda mig utan att jag skulle betala extra för! Väl dags för utcheckning får jag sitta ner i lobbyn i 30min för hotellet att ”checka” mitt rum och avgöra min ärlighet om vad jag utnyttjat för att ge tillbaka min deposition. Sämsta hotellet jag varit med om i mitt liv! Detta kommer från en Gold medlem som bor på hotell minst 2 gånger i veckan!!
