Welcome to our beautifully bright and spacious brand-new apartment with a balcony located in Dubai Hills only about 10 minutes away from Downtown, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai's main landmarks. Dubai hills mall is only 5 minutes away.

The apartment has 3 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom is fully furnished including a queen-size bed, linens, towels, a wardrobe, a night table, mirrors, and all basic items required to make you feel at home away from home. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe, and a night table. To enjoy your time while studying we offer you a spacious room that is equipped with a foldable sofa bed, desk, shelves, and an enough spaced wardrobe.
Our home provides a stunning balcony for relaxation. That offers a spacious Park view.

The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen, and it offers cooking with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge/freezer.


Acacia Building gives its residents free access to an outdoor swimming Pool, a fully equipped gym, and parking.
